These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Global Work, including any authorized integrations with third-party platforms.

Effective date: September 25, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Global Work, users agree to these Terms of Service. If a user does not agree to these terms, they should not use the service.

Service Description

Global Work provides tools and workflows that may include communication management, automation, service coordination, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The specific features available may depend on user configuration, platform permissions, and service availability.

Permitted Use

Users may use Global Work only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate business or personal purposes. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and any third-party terms that apply.

Prohibited Use

Users must not use Global Work to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Send spam, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized messages.
  • Access, collect, or process data without proper authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the service.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse any part of the service.
  • Use Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp integrations in a way that violates applicable platform policies.

User Accounts

If accounts are made available, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Users should promptly notify Global Work of any unauthorized access or security concern.

Third-Party Integrations

Global Work may allow users to connect third-party services. By connecting a third-party service, the user authorizes Global Work to access and process information from that service as necessary to provide the requested functionality. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Meta Platform Integrations

If a user connects Global Work to Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, the user is responsible for granting only the permissions they intend to use and for complying with applicable Meta platform terms, developer policies, and messaging rules. Global Work uses data obtained through Meta APIs only to provide the functionality authorized by the user.

Intellectual Property

Global Work and its associated content, design, software, and service elements are owned by Global Work or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to users. Users retain rights in the content and information they provide, subject to the limited rights needed for Global Work to operate the service.

Service Availability

Global Work may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Work will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Suspension or Termination

Global Work may suspend or terminate access to the service if a user violates these Terms, creates risk for the service or other users, or uses integrations in a way that violates applicable third-party platform rules.

Changes to These Terms

Global Work may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means the user accepts the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Global Work, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. No additional business address or jurisdiction is stated here because it has not been provided.
